How are your products made?

All of our products are made using a print-on-demand model through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

That means each item is created only after you order, helping us:

  • Reduce overproduction
  • Minimize waste
  • Avoid mass manufacturing
  • Keep our carbon footprint lighter than traditional retail

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders take 3–7 business days to be made before shipping.
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–4 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons.

When will I get my order?

We work quickly to get your order made and shipped as soon as possible. All items are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful, which means your order is created especially for you after checkout — not pulled from a warehouse.

Here’s what that usually looks like:

  • Production time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping time (U.S.): 3–4 business days after shipping

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Please note: because everything is made to order, delivery times can occasionally be affected by:

  • High order volume (sales, holidays, new drops)
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or unforeseen shipping issues

We believe in being transparent — print-on-demand helps us reduce waste and overproduction, but it also means delivery isn’t always instant like big-box retailers. We appreciate your patience while your piece is being made just for you ✨

Where does my order ship from?

Printful operates multiple fulfillment centers across the U.S., so your order ships from the location closest to you whenever possible — helping reduce shipping distance and emissions.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

That’s not the vibe — but we’ve got you 💛

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review it and make things right.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is custom-made through Printful, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Change of mind

Please check the Sizing Chart carefully before ordering.

My package says “delivered,” but I don’t have it.

Before contacting us, please:

  • Double-check your shipping address
  • Contact your local carrier
  • Check with neighbors
