Because our products are custom-made just for you, we have a limited return policy.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size or color

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos

Approved claims are covered at no extra cost and may result in a replacement or refund.


Lost Orders

Claims for orders lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


Unclaimed or Returned Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to claim delivery

May require reshipment at the customer’s expense. Unclaimed items are donated after 30 days.
