At DeSilva Design Studio, sustainability matters. That’s why we partner with Printful to create each item on demand, reducing waste and excess inventory.

Because of this process, our return policy is limited.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size or color

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

Each item is custom-printed just for you.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to a fulfillment issue:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos

Approved claims are covered at no cost and may result in a replacement or refund.


Lost Orders

Claims for orders lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


Unclaimed or Returned Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to claim delivery

May require reshipment at the customer’s expense. Unclaimed items are donated after 30 days.
